Cancellations are not permitted within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

In rare cases where a doctor cancels or is unavailable for the appointment, patients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund of the consultation fee.
